  • download tours

Downloaded content may be available for offline use where supported.

VPN and Media Playback

For reliable audio and image loading, turn off your VPN while using Hidden Malta. VPN connections may interfere with media loading or playback.

Precise Location on iPhone


For the most accurate maps, nearby stop detection, and haptic notifications, enable Precise Location for Hidden Malta: Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Hidden Malta → Precise Location.

Why isn't my Premium Tour unlocked?

Premium purchases are verified through:

  • Apple App Store

  • Google Play

  • RevenueCat

If your purchase does not appear immediately:

  • confirm you are signed into the same App Store account used for purchase;

  • use the Restore Purchases feature within the application;

  • restart the application.

If the issue continues, contact Support.

How do I restore purchases?

The application will verify your purchase entitlement through the appropriate app store.

Can I transfer purchases?

Purchase availability is determined by Apple or Google.

Purchases generally remain associated with the account used to make the original purchase.

Does Hidden Malta require Location Services?

No.

Location Services are entirely optional.

If enabled, Hidden Malta can identify nearby stops and provide optional haptic notifications while the application is open.

Location tracking does not continue after the application is closed.

How do I disable Location Services?

Location permissions may be changed at any time through your device settings.

Does Hidden Malta track my location?

No.

Hidden Malta does not store your location history.

If Location Services are enabled, your location is used only while the application is actively in use.

I found a historical error.

Historical research continually evolves.
